Registration Needs
To begin your journey at Elite Beauty Institute, please ensure you have the following documents ready, in compliance with the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology requirements.
Proof of Education
A high school diploma or a recognized equivalent (GED).
Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License or ID Card).
Citizenship Proof
Proof of birth or naturalization documents.
Board Fees
Applicable state board registration and licensing fees.
Photography
Recent 2x2 passport-sized photographs for your student file.
Social Security
Copy of your social security card as per board regulations.
